Canaco Resources* (CAN : TSX-V : $5.27), Net Change: 0.52, % Change: 10.95%, Volume: 2,643,037

CAN opener? Canaco Resources was on wheels after releasing impressive drill results from its Magambazi gold discovery

located in the Handeni region of the United Republic of Tanzania. Infill drilling continues to confirm the continuity of grade and

structure at the high-grade keel zone at Magambazi. In particular, hole MGZD096 cut 48.6 m of 14.81 g/t Au, including 8.4 m

of 80.90 g/t Au. Drilling is expected to ramp up next month with the arrival of a third diamond drill to conduct further definition

drilling of the site. Exploration in the near future will also include testing several targets to the west of Magambazi, which have

been highlighted by the recent detailed aeromagnetic and ground IP surveys conducted over the past few months. The

Magambazi and Magambazi North prospects are part of a 1.4 km long trend of gold mineralization, which has now been defined

by high-grade drill results, artisanal mine workings and soil geochemical anomalies. Of note, this trend represents a segment of

a 17 km trend of gold mineralization known as the Handeni Gold Trend contained within the Handeni Gold Project.
