What I don't know is how far away the nearest pump station is. If it is 2 hour round trip it is economic. 10 hour round trip not so much.

Associated gas is easy, it gets flared on site until facilities are in place to handle it. I've seen Middle East companies (not Iraq) flare 300MMCF/D for 6 months just to recover the condensate, waiting for the gas hndling plant to be completed.
