Volume
IDC did produce a volume signal today, although not that strong. This sector is not the flavour of the day.
Someone wondered how can a stock that has such a light trading pattern not move on a bigger volume day. Not sure if this is really a question as it is fairly normal.
Any stock that has been in the dead zone for quite some time and has some larger shareholders that are tired of the story are looking for a door. Good news brings a door. Volume comes and people sell their holdings because they just don't want to look at this pos any longer.. They don't sell because they know something better than you, they just know they want out and good news brings them the opportunity.
Look when Brown sold England's gold, was it because he knew something.
Look at many many stocks that start to run.. Volume needs to turn on tired stories for the stock to clear the resistance.
We need some good volume days.. I doubt if we will see anything below .30 after the new year.
If you do, buy it. This deal has the fundamentals and the F/S to back it up.
Just a matter of time.
Once the uptrend is in place buyers will come.. this must move on fundamentals for the first bit until it is kickstarted, then it can move on greed.
until then, find something else to occupy your mind.. do you have any Uranium stocks. That sector is just lifting off.
Run with the trends, and buy the depressed.. and this is the depressed..
Will the Tech sector get another lift off.. think back to BreX-- it killed the gold sector for years.. and we are just coming out of it as far as stocks go now.
enough rambling.. look at it this way.. limit your losses.. on this deal the floor is pretty solid. so upside is better than risk of downside.
Sector could get an amazing lift as they are in the infancy stages.. find another stock to watch and quit spending all your time pissing and moaning about this one and if think this is such a bad deal, why do you own it. You might need to counselling to let go.
I am sure I will have pissed off some, not my goal, just would like to be able to read these threads in the hope of finding some info of value/interest not the same whining.
