RE: PPThat can't possibly be true. If there's a rule, then it has to be on the closing day or perhaps a short moving average such as 5 days from when its announced. Anything else would be insane and cause businesses to literally be nonfunctional for weeks/months until they know they have the funds or not. Trying to hit a moving target just wouldn't work.

So no, we are not going back to 0.77 based on the PP. Maybe we go there for some other reason, but that PP is already water under the bridge.
