WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? ARE THEY TRYING TO TAKE OVER THE CO. WITHOUT BUYING IT? IS THIS GOOD OR BAD? I'M HOLDING QUITE ALOT OF SHARES AND WAS THINKING OF AVERAGING DOWN BUT AM NOT SURE IF THE CO. IS VIABLE, ANY FEEDBACK IS APPRECIATED! THANKS
