NOVEKO INTERNATIONAL INC. INVITES MEMBERS OF THE FINANCIAL COMMUNITY TO ITS ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

During the Meeting, management will comment on the results and highlights of the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 and the first quarter of fiscal 2011. It will also discuss recent events and projects under way. During fiscal 2010 and the past months, the Company achieved major advances, notably in air filtration solutions.
To optimize the Group's operations, the activities of the head office of Noveko International Inc. and of the subsidiary Noveko Inc. have just been combined under one roof at 1155 René Lévesque Boulevard West, Suite 1900, Montréal, Quebec H3B 4V2.
