RE: RE: RE: RE: FINANCING CLOSEI agree that short term the stock has to go back to at least the $ 2.00 mark - 56 M shares outstanding and a $ 70 M grant is equal to $ 1.33 a share - that should be the starting point without any other consideration - if the book value is 53 cents and we add min $ 1.33 this puts the book value at almost $ 1.90 and we have not even considered future earnings from the new wind farm -  $ 2 to $ 3 after the announcements would not be a far stretch if you work the numbers - down the road a definite take over target - they own the land , the wind mills in prime area - could easily net $ 8 to $ 10 a share once we are up and running.
