Since the PP cannot be made at a price too much below what the stock is selling for, they're driving down the price to be able to issue the private placement.  It's another nickel and dime play.  Will net these guys a few hundred thousand bucks collectively.  They're not going to get rich off of it.  Possible strategy -- One could time a small buy at the same time the PP is issued and then sell out when the stock price doubles? 

The AGM is turning into an annual "let's write ourselves a check" party for "les incompetents."   This means REV is not a company, it's a ploy to bilk investors out of their money.  We complain, he manipulates.  Anyway, see you guys at nickel in the new year.  I believe that is the only reason RW stays around smoking stogeys and breakin' wind.
