Comparison to another junior tech co.

Comparison to another junior tech co.STG.V - Sustainable Energy Technologies

With a market cap of 23m, stagnant sales of 1.4m, haven't turned a profit yet, constantly diluting shares, 30% of assets considered "Intangibles" (worhtless!), and shrinking Owner's Equity every quarter.

Also worth noting, the CEO raked in almost 500k in 2009, with the former CEO taking in 905k!!!!!!!!!! This amount almost represents 65% of the trailing 12m revenues.  To put that into comparison, in 2009, Jite's CEO earned 81k, while it's two CFO's earned 30k and 15k.  Expenses were drastically cut due to the economy, another sign of a prudent management team.

All of this, and still valued more than TWICE of Jite Technologies.  Even more pathetic; it's market cap was 70m not too long ago!

There is a good example of how the market could be extremely irrational.  Ben Graham comes to mind when he said: "in the short term, the market is a popularity contest".  Having the words "sustainable energy" in your company name can go a long way these days.

Be patient and you will be rewarded, as one day "China" and "technology" will be the popular buzz words again and this one will be trading at multiples this company has never seen before.  Fair market value is anywhere from 1.50-2.50 depending on which metrics you use, but who knows how high it could go once investors warm up to China again.  This could easily be a ten bagger in the future.

Good luck, longs.
