RE: my shares will die with me. Severstal owns your shares, Am I to assume you are dead. Just bustin your ball$! Don't get emotional as I lost $ here as well. IMHO HRG is still way undervalued and offers an oppurtunity to recoup some $. Good luck to you pallbearer
