Each unit shall consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share at a price of
.10 for a period of 18 months from the closing date.


So the math is this:
16,666,667 shares
8,333,333 warrants

still a lot for the market to digest, so let's hope that St. Harold brings us enough goodies in his bag to get the market in a frenzy to eat any stock that hasn't already been short sold into the market ahead of these shares coming free trading.
