RE: RE: Crew Deal
RE: RE: Crew Deal I was wrong about an earlier post I entered several weeks ago. Initially I thought that in the event a company acquires 90% of share float "said" company were required to pay the $ per share too remaining minority shareholders that "said" company payed per share that gave them the necessary shares to reach 90%. I have since been counseled and stand corrected. My point is this "Severstal was/is not required to pay remaining shareholders in CRU the $4.64 per share that Endeavor received" IMO Severstal payed up to avoid any damaging actions by remaining shareholders. These actions by Severstal solidifies the fact that they neither want nor can they afford any Questionable/unfair business decisions that may lead to legal action by unhappy investors. Keep in mind minority investors in CRU only had control of 10% of shares. We (HRG minority investors) control close to 30% of the share float. If Severstal payed top dollar to CRU minority that only controlled 10% to avoid bad publicity that should give us all a good Idea of how much leverage we have.......I am still curious as to how the official buyout of CRU by Severstal effects the PMC statement of claim against CRU for 127 mill. any insight is appreciated. NM67 One of the guys on my crew bought a pristine Nova, I'll send you some pics when I get the opp. as I'm sure you can appreciate such a clean, classic muscle car.
