potential Shell deal ???

potential Shell deal ???Could anyone please share anything they can say about the "potential Shell deal"?Are we talking about MMT partnering with Shell on Shell-controlledleases or Shell partnering with MMT on MMT-controlled leases?  Any infowould be much appreciated. 

Also ... being that there is an existing bottleneck (limited pipelinecapacity, not to speak of guerillas limiting pipeline flow) that holdsback production increases, is there any definitive info about MMTbuilding out their own pipeline to move this crude to mkt?
