RESETTING OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING AND AMENDMENT OF STOCK OPTION EXERCISE PRICE
Further to Mountain-West Resources Inc.'s news release in Stockwatch dated Oct. 29, 2010, the 2010 annual general meeting which was previously set to be held on Jan. 4, 2011, has been reset to be held on Monday, Jan. 10, 2011. In addition to electing directors, the shareholders will be asked to approve (a) the removal the pre-existing company provisions; (b) the updating of the articles of the company; (c) the increase in the authorized share capital to 400 million common shares without par value; and (d) the change of the name of the company to Mountainstar Gold Inc.
