RE: Dilution

RE: DilutionI agree with those stating the PP is a cash grab and a disregard for keeping the share structure in tact.  If management is so confident in the pending results, they should not be doing such a large PP and bringing the share count to that of a producer and not an explorer.

A company doing it right for shareholders is CIN.  They have gone from 8 cents to 78 cents on pending REE drill results.  They reported visual high grade REE's in most of the cores that had the REE experts excited at a recent show in Victoria (the shareprice doubled to 78 cents during the show).  The property is a few hundred metres from a large discovery made last year by a private company (numerous high grade holes included 144 metres of 2.20% REE).   CIN management believes they are sitting on a high grade REE discovery, but they have not diluted their share structure as a result of the shareprice going from 8 cents to 78 cents.  The president has apparently been bombarded by investors looking to do a PP, but he has the shareholders in mind and will wait until CIN is $1.50 on initial results to do a PP.  That is how business should be done if the company really believes in their property and has the interest of shareholders in mind.
