RE: RE: class action lawsuits...Your idea about them conveniently buying and selling at the opportune times is likely correct, but unfortunately class action suits aren't very common and can take years to get going.. .they may have 20 successful holes drilled by then... many who are in the stock now will be long gone and not care to bother pursuing anything... I've been in and out of probably over 200 juniors like this over the past 10+ years and have only seen 1 class action - I recall the name as Nova Gold.  What happened can hopefully reconcile itself with good grade results from holes #3, 4, 5. Unfortunately, many shareholders got lured into the hype and were buying above $1.00... this thing has been volatile and I would guess it runs up to the old highs based on good drilling...
