What do you make of this line from the article you posted? 

"All new mine resistant vehicles GDLS supplies to the Marines have theupgrades already, meaning the fact the Marines want them on oldervehicles too is a sign they are working, he said."  If this is referencing Cymat and Smart Metal wouldn't the company have to disclose this as a material news event?  Or is this referencing the prototypes that Cymat has sent to various OEM contractors.  This maybe an interesting week ahead if this is a Cymat related story. It is vague enough to make me doubt and dream all at the same time.
