2010 goalsfrom the Nov 29 MD&A, for those to lazy to go to Sedar.com, I have highlighted a few things at the bottom, need comments from the pumper gallery please.
2010 Goals and Objectives
Management had established a number of goals for 2010.
? Initiating an NI 43-101 report on IBI’s uranium lands;
? Advance groundwork on all uranium properties;
? Continue study for proposed private/ public partnership Nuclear Energy Programfor Uganda, and submit strategy outline to H.E. Yoweri Museveni, President of
Uganda;
? Carry out promotional endeavours for nuclear public/ private partnership anduranium strategy;
? Develop a close working relationship with Venus Capital regarding JV;
? Complete Induced Polarization and Resistivity study over mining lease of GreyCrown;
? Complete ground sampling and geochemical analysis over all Grey Crownproperties;
? Official launch and promotion of success of artisinal cooperative program;
? Establish drilling capacity;
? Drill identified sulphide domal structures and certain reef structures on GreyCrown mining lease;
? Take Grey Crown public and utilize inherent market liquidity to raise substantialcapital for operations. It is expected that by mid-December 2010 Grey Crown
will have raised $2.5 million dollars and will be listed on the TSX.
Management believes all of the above comprise an achievable agenda for the year.
However, the lack of cash resources pending the new financing by Grey Crown has
curtailed much of the progress.
The Company’s excellent working relationships with the Government of Uganda and its
Department of Geological Survey and Mines will undoubtedly continue to prove most
helpful as IBI advances its mission.
The Company realizes that, in many respects, progress had been slow, which has largely
been the product of a limited cash position. The Rio Tinto purchase of the vermiculite
mine (and with the payment of US$2,400,000 on closing in March 2008 and a further
US$1,000,000 received on March 27, 2009) and IBI’s equity position with Grey Crown
have provided funds to undertake some of the objectives outlined above.
Guess now things are picking up eh? Cash positions has, no wait, somebody stop me, IMPROVED in 2010? This will make things better, or am I wrong? I have to check my overdraft post a tad earlier...... please,.
I will take a look at the past few MD&A's and post the goals for those to lazy to go to Sedar.com, just to see if our goals have changed in the past couple of months and years......
