I agree with most numbers

except, if they get the permit soon enough and drill up Tort, I would expect to do a financing at .30...and at 10 million shares at .30 that is $3 mill, nothing wrong with that, so 185 million instead of 200...

You think they only get $40 netback? I was expecting closer to $60 with WTI at $90... unless the royalties are much worse than i expected..

At the end of the day, with oil lower and the markets less frothy, PTV went over .35 for a few days with the two plays pretty much priced in, and with Tort producing, Morichito weeks away I am still hoping for .35 by year end if we get the permit this week.
