Just guess
The current problemwith NAG does not seem to be related to permitting. It is such a pity that a companyhas the leases + permits + working capital ready, but cannot start mining right away.
Early thisyear, NAS arranged Kentucky Mining Partnership (KMP) as the mining operators, and also submitted applications for operator revisions later on for both Mines #2and # 3. From SMIS, NAG has just permanently withdrawn these two applications and apparently fired KMP as the mining operators (forwhatever reason).
So somethingis brewing. Still hope that something will be coming eventually, though itis very frustrating now. Since both Mines #2 and # 3 are of decent size (over200 acres) and should give decent results even if only one of them works.
Compared to thenew coal producer RDA.V (I am not promoting this company), NAG does not have thatkind of senior mining executives with proven trackrecords. That should be the point for NAG to focus on next. Perhaps, find ajoint-venture with an experienced, financially-sound mining company and share the profit, or build own production team. A contractorwon’t do the job in the long run.
