Dec 13 BMO Capital Markrts Report

Dec 13 BMO Capital Markrts Report

Summary

In the near term, Crew, Midway, Surge and

Legacy are expected to provide exposure for

investors to the highest per well returns

while maintaining top production per share

growth and cash flow per share growth in

2011.

Our analysis highlights potential “Oil Stars”

by ranking the group’s oil resource plays.

Our analysis indicates the Pekisko,

Spearfish, Doig, Garrington Cardium and

Saskatchewan Bakken are the top five oil

plays from a valuation/economic point of

view given the highest IRRs.

Bottom line, we continue to recommend

crude oil leveraged equities over natural gas

and expect oil plays to be the driver of

operational catalysts for many companies.

We have slightly increased our target prices

on our top recommendations consisting of

Crew, Midway, Surge and Legacy given

we believe they are poised to deliver strong

results in the near term.
