RE: Pour l'AGM demainI think this is great idea!
I am not sure I could make it to the AGM tomorrow (I would like to), but I do have other obligations.
I haven't kept a close eye on Noveko during a good part of the year, since I was out of the country & really busy. But here's my questions. If the answer is already know, please let me know, as I said I may have missed that chapter in the Noveko Saga ;)
- What exactly happened to the NIOSH certification? On the Last AGM (Nov 09) they said they were just about to submit for NIOSH. And the really submission to NIOSH was the reason they gave for dropping the FDA submission (according to them, you are not allowed to submit for NIOSH while waiting for FDA).
- What is the plan for next year, to bring back the SP to a more honorable level? I mean a plan with concrete actions, but just generalities.
- What are they expected impacts & results for the next year, regarding their deal with Bombardier?
- Last year, they said they were expecting to be break-even for the fourth quater maximum, but hoping to achieving at the second quater. Why it did not happened, and what is their next target? And jow much money they will need to get there.
- What happened with the building filtration segment? We had the Complexe Desjardins & the Jewish Hospital as a trial if I remember correctly (so not real $$$ coming out of there). Then the Bell Center (not sure if this one is a real sale or a trial again). Anyways, it's been dead since that time - except for the deal announced recently. So what is next? Will all the mentionned above will result in real deals?
