Hana Mining Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: HMG)(FRANKFURT: 4LH) - The Company is pleased to announce that it has been informed by the TSX Venture Exchange that the shares of New Hana Copper Mining Ltd. ("New Hana") are to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at market open on Tuesday, December 14, 2010. The Company has transferred one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Hana Mining Botswana (Proprietary) Limited, to New Hana pursuant to an Arrangement Agreement.

The shares of New Hana are to trade under the symbol "HML".
