NBSK (US$) Pricing up to $969.52/tonne, up over $2
NBSK (US$) Pricing up to $969.52/tonne, up over $2That is the first move, albeit small, in the right direction. That move at least confirms that NBSK demand is still pretty robust. More and more evidence is being produced that even with the added supply that has come on the market in the past few months, demand has at least equaled those amounts. At these rates, FBK is filling a lot of (pot) holes and should accumulating a significant amount of cash (compared to their market value and compared to the recent past) in advance of addressing their Convertible Debentures due in about 1 yr. With little to no use of their operating line, positive cash balances and positive earnings, they will have many options when their convertibles mature, but they will likely address those issues much in advance. Perhaps use some cash and some of their operating line? All cash might be a bit of stretch.
