But I must ask:  Do you think that our highly skilled, extremely experienced, (and very expensive) management team hasn't thought of this all on their own?  If they haven't, I for one am very disappointed. 

I would expect that this is only one of a great number of possible actions that they are considering to make my investment soar, and that if they choose not to do it, they have very valid reasons that I'm not aware of.  To think that they need to be spoon fed simple ideas like this from amateurs on the sidelines would be to think that our management is not competent, and if I thought that, I'd be out of here so fast it would make your head spin.

So, by all means make the suggestion.  And if the answer you get goes something like: "Geez, we hadn't thought of that!", please, please let us know.
