    I understand that, a few years back, a Frankfurt listing was offered "gratis' to several Cdn companies.  (That was told me by the president of a small, very junior explorer at least three years ago.)

    Your idea sounds good to me.  I wonder what their charges and conditions are.  No doubt  as expensive and demanding as a NYSE listing!  But, as you say, it might be a no-brainer if those hurdles are readily overcome.

    There are major differences in the US and Cdn requirements, so I would expect a London listing to play by a third set of accounting and disclosure rules.
