Great stuffLet's not forget the in situ value of the entire property currently.......what was that number again.......$4 billion....using very conservative and now completely obselete valuations. Once the math is done on the number of shares to be o/s, who holds what, and whose cousin is really a brother, let's not forget the value of this property and it's all OURS, oh and then factor in what this has REALLY cost us...............hmmmmmmm....
