Yep, they p#ss off a lot of people while they brush them aside. Anyone not under control of Severstal doesn't matter.
Is the Prognoz silver deposit a 'small' return?

They are efficient at what they do: mining, scoping out vulnerable companies, letting shareholders get $.01 /$1.0  they get

I'm not saying sell, but, imho, they have become the dark clouds over what could have been blue sky with many, many other investors.
