Today's event!!
Today's event!!To steal the title from one of TV's newer series, the big dump 'event' today was quite predictable. We've been sliding for a few days now and all the 'rabbits in the headlights' and 'sheeple' were nervously shuffling back and forth, jumping at the slightest sharp noise and sweating bricks early this morning. The share price could have trended strongly upwards but instead, a very small shift to the downside started an absolute panic. You could roll down your window and hear the 'bleating' echoing off through the trees as the sheeple did what they do best. I'm absolutely thrilled that the sell off process hit a snag before we dropped through the floor into the $ .80's. I really thought we were in free-fall and nothing would stop us. As someone said earlier, for everyone who panicked and dumped today, there were eager hands right there to swoop up the cheap shares. Also, the buy-sell didn't just trail off today toward the closing bell but instead became hot and heavy to the 'up-side'. In fact, we didn't end the day until well after 4:00 pm with the final two trades being 75,000 shares.(check the time of the final trade). You've got to remember that we now have at least a third of the entire share float in hands that have paid more than $1.00, so we are really close to a bottom now.
I don't know where it's heading tomorrow but I do know that there is more interest in CLQ than any other lithium play. I also find it interesting that the bashers are coming out of the woodwork with negative comments designed to slow us down. Case in point is 'highrider' who has no CLQ stock but does have 'TLH' and feels compelled to inform us that CLQ isn't as good as his stock. Perhaps he wants to buy in and is hoping he can help pull the price down so he can buy in. Who knows????
Yes we went up very quickly, perhaps too quickly and yes we have some distance to go before all the other ducks are lined up but there is no question that CLQ is the best lithium pick in North America.
So, I'll give the bashers a go at what I've written.
The best to all.
Split.
