Thinking Outside the (Core) Box

Thinking Outside the (Core) BoxNow that they have taken away the flyover view of Handeni for updating, we have only the drill collar and 3D corebox views to play with.

Starting first with the drill collar locations, notice that we have done a pretty thorough job working along the ridge with mostly 40M spacings and drilling fences at right angle to the trend.  We will not miss much with this methodology provided that the structure does indeed follow the topographical alignment.

Now get your kid away from his X-Box to come over to help you rotate the axes of the 3D corebox so that you can look through the structure from one end to the other, as well as see it from above, below or whatever.

Now think about a regional program about to get underway to test an ore shoot to the west that seems to outcrop at Magambazi North.  This opens up the possibility to me of a more complex non-linear system

And what does all this tell you? For me it's the following:

1) We may have nailed the Magambazi main lode, but we have not scratched the surface of possible parallel trends
2) From what I remember of the flyover, there are huge anomalies untested right on strike to the north
3) What if a high grade ore shoot crosscuts the main lode between the drill collars?

We poor sods with large chunks of our net worth in this play are just babes in the woods when it comes to understanding the potential of the system.  For now I think I will continue to go along with the confident predictions of TD's Earle and the frantic recent self-granting of 7 million share options to the insiders as reflecting the real potential.  Not even they truly know what lies beneath--but they know a hell of a lot more than you or I.

Forget about guessing ounces.  It`s way too early and we have thousands of square kilometres yet to explore.
