I agree with you for the most part, however, they will not be able to steal another 25M shares in the open market . There has not been and will not be the kind of volume for them to do so.  The 2.5M shares the other day was purely manipulation, with 1.5M shares just a cross from Goldman Sh_t to another.  So why do they continue to screw with us and institutions like Sprott, etc, when we will not give up our shares?  Could there possibly be behind the scenes deal or deals with these institutions, who may or may not be tired of Severstals shananigans and be willing to part with their shares at say 1.50 or so.  They have done this in the past with respect to HRG and look at CREW, where they negotiated with Endevour. 

Obviously it is not in their best interest to keep a lid on the price, and obviously they are very patient, as has been expressed, but there must be some explanation for this and I do not believe it is because of Russian stupitidy.  Something is brewing and I believe it is as devious against us as minority shareholders as it was with CREW shareholders, because we all know it makes no sense whatsoever to keep the share price down, if we were to believe these Russian managers in control of HRG when they said that there was no more plans for any other takeover bids.  I do not believe anything that comes out of the management of HRG.  They are devious and unscrupulas.  I do not trust them as far as I can spit.
