Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Double Bottome?

Double Bottome? The stock touched 87 cents on Dec. 3rd and again today.  Could be a double bottom and in the next several sessions it should move higher.

Don't see anything fundamentally wrong here to drive the price lower in the coming days although IMO, the recent weakness prior to closing the pp is due to some selling now in order to particpate in the financing.  Don't want to drag that any further.

The financing is a good one for the company as has been pointed out by eodway that there are NO WARRANTS.   Should bode well as these investors are here to own part of the company, not just trade in its shares.  GLTA
