Amazing Trade

Amazing TradeAll through the day this has been consistently selling for 7 cents -  there are plenty of buyers @ 6.5 cents as of now - and lots of sellers at 7.5 cents -  and yet this has no inclination to move towards 7.5 cents - so who are these buyers who are piling up at 7 cents ?
