RE: I have to admit

RE: I have to admitPardon my ignorance but perhaps someone can explain to me what is so vastly different between a 1 for 3 and a 1 for 5 consolidation? The secondary offering is what is causing dilution but when taking into account what it has cost and what it has ultimately reaped, it is a very amazing deal! Doing a consolidation is a big decision and management must have felt as I would, if we're going to do this, let's do it! Whether it is 1 for 3 or 1 for 5 shareholders still remain even from an ownership standpoint. Please, if I am off track here, please offer some mathematical assistance.
