RE: RE: Do you think we will get a buyout offer?

RE: RE: Do you think we will get a buyout offer?Long ago in an economic environment far, far away WND was offered $228 million for Windstar, and turned it down. At the time the share price was closing in on $4 and many analysts were targetting up to $8 share price for WND. Then the world paused economically and all time frames for Windstar fell apart. But the revenue it was always forecast to generate is quickly going to materialize. As the news release states, Windstar is a "transformational asset".

But one can assume that if there were potential buyers well before Windstar was financed there will be potential buyers once it is A) under contruction (that would be as of today) B) completed construction  C) earning money

And if there are potential buyers then as long as the price is right I am sure management (Jeff, the BOD) would be open to a buyout/takeover. That does not mean they will sell now, but just because you are not actively selling something does not mean it does not have a selling price.

Cheers,
El Joro
