Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: same old , same old !!Retail, you say same old, same old....down we go!

IMO, if the financing was closed when everyone was harping it was, then the share price would have held nicely above not only 85 cents, but closer to a buck.

You see, with these financings, there are the usual suspects who need to sell their shares in order to participate, and that in all likelihood is what's holding the share price down.

We can beat this to infinity, but until the pp officially closes, there will be pressure, but the smart ones who are long, won't sell into the pressure.  Never a good thing IMO.  If and when you want to sell a good stock, you need to sell on strength.

The strength will come, and then it's your choice of when you want to profit or keep holding.  I believe PCY is a very good long term hold, and the current share price at or near the 90 cent level is an excellent entry level for those that want to hold a good stock.  GLTA
