Current NAV at ~$1.67

Just updated my model with the new adjustments.

By my calculations, total NAV at 10/31 was $1.329

Current NAV, at $1.671 - though this does not take into account any tax liabilities for the ~$30M the investment portfolio has gained since 10/31.

Interesting to see that no adjustment was giving to the value for Temujin...

Also, they continue to valuate the gold royalty based on $700/oz. long term gold price.

Would be nice for them to give a release with a current NAV and/or varying gold price assumptions...
