Threegold Retains Business Advisors and Appoints Victor Goncalves to the Board of Directors
VAL-D'OR, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - Dec. 16, 2010) - Threegold Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:THG)is pleased to announce it has retained the services of Western Global Capital and Mr. Arlen Hansen to advise the company in respect tofinancing, joint ventures, property acquisitions and general corporatedevelopment.
Western Global Capital is a private consulting firm based out of Vancouver that provides corporate development, M&A and financialservices to clients specializing in the resource sector. Mr. Arlen Hansen is President of Kin Communications, an investor relations firm specializing in resource companies. KIN's clients have raised over $500M and have a combined market capitalization in excess of $1.5B.

In addition, Mr. Victor Goncalves has been appointed to the board of directors replacing Mr. John Ryder. The company has also granted 2.6 million stock options tothese advisors, consultants and management at the price of 31 cents for 5years.
