RE: RE: WHERE is the news release!?!?I just spoke with Mike Macalister who is head of investor relations. He said a news release with the NAV will be released after the close at 4:15 EST. They tried to get it out with the earning but couldn't do it in time. They said it was a lot easier to wait  and do it after the close versus during the trading session.

I asked about the buy back and he said it depended on whether the asset manager found better value elsewhere and let the performance speak for itself or whether it was better value to buy back the stock.

They will be hitting the road in the New Year to a number of cities to promote  the stock. I believe the stock will slowly close the gap to it's NAV and let's look at it as a floor under the stock price with plenty of potential for the New Year. Very little downside with at least 50% upside from here in the New Year.
