RE: Tapping on the gaugeNice analogy for this one.
Been watching the pumpers for years on this one and have given up seeing much of my donation returned.
At one time with the properties this company held it looked like a sure thing, but five years and a fairly substantial loss later, I really feel everyone should be warned to do thorough DD on this company before investing.
To sum it up, what the DD will reveal is one whole heck of a lot of incestuous property transfers, name changes and reverse splits to reduce the outstanding shares to set up another PP ... coupled with care and maintenance projects left incomplete ...
the worst part from my perspective is that these are good properties, but nothing constructive is being done with them ... I guess they are spread to thin in the office to look after four projects .. pity really.
Will probably have the pumpers whining that there are no new facts here, but in reality, the more it changes the more it stays the same. Any faith in big eyes and deep pockets wanting to take this over left me a couple of years ago.
