Pinetree Capital's latest financing

Pinetree Capital's latest financingI don't like to spam other stocks on the bullboards but I just wanted to point out Pinetree's latest financing - they did really well getting in on the Sept 2010 CUI financing, and now they just announced this one:

Pinetree Capital Ltd.

TSX: PNP
Pinetree Capital Ltd.
Dec 16, 2010 13:31 ET

Pinetree Capital Ltd. Acquires Securities of RJK Explorations Ltd.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 16, 2010) - Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP), announces that on December 15, 2010, it acquired ownership of 5,000,000 common shares ("Common Shares") and 5,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") of RJK Explorations Ltd. ("RJK"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of
.15 until December 15, 2012. In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 16.9% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of RJK as of December 15, 2010, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Warrants only. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at December 15, 2010, an aggregate of 9,000,000 common shares of RJK, including the Common Shares, and the Warrants. In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, the holdings of Pinetree represents a total of 14,000,000 common shares of RJK, or approximately 23.6% of all issued and outstanding common shares as at December 15, 2010, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Warrants only.

This transaction was made for investment purposes and Pinetree could increase or decrease its investment in RJK depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
-----------------------------------------------------
This post is just an FYI in case anyone is looking for another potential CUI-like lift on a stock - RJK is currently trading at $.085. Full disclosure - I have been quietly buying RJK lately. I also remain long and strong CUI - like good St. Harold I haven't sold a share.
