RE: PDI spinoutIt's post #5893 on Ihub. Personally I am not 100% sure if this is confirmation for a May 2011 spinout, but with the special meeting set for Jan 31, the timing seems appropriate. The writer and publication appear to be legit, but I would treat this as a rumour for now.
