It's 12.5% not 25% and the Northern Half not the 'Whole' Los Azules site that TNR disputes.

In October, Silver was $3/lb. In December it is $4.14 and rising.

Even if you take the 25% stake that is mistakenly reported on boards and forums and divide it in half, with the hugely increased potential indicated in Minera Andes' December 17th report, the amount at stake in the lawsuit is still huge!
