RE: BAJA and CUM

RE: BAJA and CUMTaseko Mines (TKO) attempted to take over CUM this past June. However insiders hold enough shares that they were able to fend off such a buyout. I don't know if I would count on someone succeeding a second time. Jim O'Rourke has 1.911 million shares alone, and his junior, Compliance Energy (CEC) holds another 2.3 million shares. For a company who only has 89 million shares outstanding, I do not see anyone succeeding anytime soon. CUM will run as we approach production and it won't be surprising to see $12 per share by next fall. We could expect to see a similar pattern at Baja as we approach production (taking into account 3X more shares are outstanding). No reason why this won't hit $4-$5 by production! Happy Holding! ----------Original Message Posted 12/17/2010 5:35:04 PM----------   CUM could be on the buyout hit list next year if all goes well ..
