Oops!, we didn't read everything that we signed a couple of years ago, we want a do over.
That just doesn't seem like something that should stick in court. Contracts are there for a reason. You are supposed to read and understand them. Your signature is a verification that you have read, understood, and agreed with the contract. It seems pretty simple.
Who knows in this day and age though. Failure gets rewarded repeatedly...at least in the states.
