RE: What's the lithium multiplier?
RE: What's the lithium multiplier? First I am worried about how much, if any share dilution there will be. It will be very hard to finace 200 million for the mine and also money needed for operating expenses for 2 years without share dilution.
Talison T.TLH is the purest play of Lithium out there with about 50,000 tons of battery grade Lithium produced next year and major expansion plans in progress. Thats over double the production of what CLQ will produce. They have a market cap of about 740 million, but they also produce the Technical grade Lithium also. So when you compare market caps I only see a modest upside to CLQ when finacing is announced and then it will go flat or down till they build the mine.
With no major share dilution and when finacing and permits issued are announced, $2 would be the top, then it will be a long wait till the mine is built. Just my opinion.
I own both TLH and CLQ
