Gotta love the traders bouncing around and promoting absolute non-sense.

Short-term (next month or so) this is a little bit of a crapshoot....lots of different games are being played.

Having said that, go out 6 months from now and I would be shocked if you looked back and said that 12.5 cents was not a good buy.  Bryden will not need to buy back the PP shares at 14 cents, as he can do whatever he wants with the stock price...IMO.

Who knows, you could very well get this stock back at 10.5 cents again in the next couple weeks (when the traders move out), but move your time period out a bit and the likelihood of this as a positive investment increases.
