RE: TRR seems overvalued.....SEM only has released 161 Meters of 1.29g/t from what I quickly saw

TRR had 100 Meters of 8g/t and then a lot of 100-500m intercepts ontop of it as well that were over 1g/t

SEM currently has a lucky hit much like SFF until more holes are released it's still speculative.
