YOu make some interesting points about the warrant conversions.

However the reality is if they find the oil and it is flowing as expected or better, the valuation, including the fully diluted shares, and the expectation of cash flow plus more cash flow soon from M5 , will push the stock up regardless of warrant holders or no warrant holders. If the value is there for a fast growing oil company insouth america, there will be no shortage of buyers. In mid April when PTV announced the info on the logs, PTV traded 35 million shares, most between .30-.40 cents. If they had actually gone into producion then as they were supposed to, I doubt PTV would have ever gone below .35 again as they would have been able to drill M5 and with the combined cash flow who knows what they may have done.

As far as I understand they haven't decided what they will do yet after they are done in Columbia in March (hopefully...) but I am hoping they come back to Tarturuga and do the development drilling in the different zones right around this well they are going to be producing from this week.

Not sure what was going on with the selling today, although it looked to me like one or two large shareholders wanted to take some profits, probably from the .18-.19 range and a few others who either just bought or also had some profit wanted cash. Either way, if this well is good I am hoping for .30 to be the floor going forward and .40 the ceiling until the m5is done and we know what is happening next.
