RE: RE: Bad boy BCEYes, it could be bad for the image.  But on the other hand, it does show that our big, fat Telecom is willing to market hard to vulnerable consumer groups.   As for the morality, well, the government wins big on lottery tickets, universally recognized as a tax on the poor.

Funny how people in the comments section of the article complain about the small fine.   As a society we are loathe to impose severe penalties for nasty, violent crimes from drinking and driving to the possession of sawed-off shot guns.  Why would we impose severe penalties for a white collar nuisance violation?
